1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
You acknowledge that these Terms constitute a contract between You and NAKULSEN, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by You and NAKULSEN. You further acknowledge that these Terms govern Your use of the Website & the Service.
2. PRODUCT QUALITY
NAKULSEN endeavors to provide only the highest quality of merchandise. Moreover, all our products are handmade and there may be a slight variation in each product piece. All Colors shown in the website may vary a little in original.
3. SHIPPING INFORMATION
(A) DELIVERIES WITHIN INDIA
We offer free shipping to customers within India. The time of delivery may vary from place to place once the products are dispatched from our atelier.
(B) INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
The shipping charges vary depending on shipping location. Our international shipping is done through following international courier services like FEDEX or UPS. Once the order is placed, we shall calculate the courier charges and inform you the same. The courier charges has to be sent at the time of placing the order. All international deliveries take 3-5 days approximately.
4. CANCELLATION BY NAKULSEN
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged or bank account has been debited, the said amount will be reversed back in your Credit Card or Bank Account as applicable within 10-14 working days.
5. CANCELLATION BY USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount after deducting any bank charges, if any.
In case the order has been processed, no cancelation would be accepted. .
6. TAXES & DUTIES
For Deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
For International Deliveries
Our product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties and courier charges. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, local taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary for delivery. We are unable to advise what amount this would be as duties vary widely from country to country.
6. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- NAKULSEN shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods caused due to any reason which is beyond its reasonable control. Once the order is shipped, the airway bill number of the shipment will be shared with the User so that they can also keep a track on their shipment.
- In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the Users in entering their details (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), we will have to resend the order. The extra cost towards re-delivery shall be paid by the User and the Delivery Time shall be extended.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
NAKULSEN follows a strict no exchange no refund policy as the styles are all made to measure. If any product gets damaged while transportation, it must be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered else NAKUKSEN will not be liable to take any action against it. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate the damage from our end. We will try to repair or replace the product. However, NAKULSEN reserves the right to determine authenticity of damage and to decide whether we may be able to repair or replace the product.
When you visit the Website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications including SMS, e-mail or phone calls from us with respect to your order.
